We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Order Delivery

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. Estimated Delivery Time: Metros: 1 - 5 days, Rest of India: 3 - 7 days

If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at care@detraonline.in or WhatsApp us on +91 787402002.
We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. detrastore.com will not be responsible for lost items if you accept a damaged parcel.

Tracking

You should receive an email and SMS within 1 to 2 business days that your order has been shipped.

Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.

Orders Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to care@detraonline.in within 3 HOURS of placing your order.

Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then 2-way shipping charges and cash on delivery charges applied would not be refunded.
