However, the shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

Our Size Exchange policy

Please make all valid exchange requests within 5 days of receiving the product by dropping us an email on care@detraonline.in or WhatsApp us on +91 7434088885 Post 5 days, it won’t be possible to exchange/return under any circumstances.

There are no extra charges for exchange. The reverse pick up is also arranged by us.

We will provide free exchange only twice per order. The product will be only exchanged twice, after that there will be no exchange or return.

No return or exchange in case the goods are altered or made to order / print on demand products.

A new product will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days once the reverse pick up is done.

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns or exchanges where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

The product must be in unused condition with all original tags and packing intact.

Please pack the product securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. No refund claims for exchange or return will be considered if the product is lost or damaged in transit in case of self-ship.

Return & Refund Policy

Refund will be done only in bank account in case of COD orders and for Prepaid orders money is refunded to the payment method that the customer used to make the payment.

All our products are double-checked and then shipped. Deliberately tampering or damaging the product for invalid claims will not be entertained.

There might be a minor color difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to screen brightness and display settings. Please do not ask for a return or exchange on this ground.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Refunds or exchanges are strictly not allowed on flash sale periods.

If Parcel is sent by you
It may be possible that pickup facility is not available at your area pincode. In this case you have to send the parcel back to us. We will refund additional charges borne by you to ship the parcel back to us. Please share courier receipt in this case. Refund will be done in form of credit points in Detra coupon code for a maximum of Rs 150/-
